Grayhurst – Same, Same, But Different – Final Dissertation
My thoughts upon entrepreneurial headship in Asian international schools has finally been completed. Much of the content has helped frame the blogs of recent months. It’s good to finally get this done and out of the way. This will not be the end of my research, however, as I’m keen to continue and delve into an area with little to no focus in academia. I’m particularly interested in the work of Hofstede and his cultural dimensions. More to come!
